Searcy County School District is accepting bids to clean out all HVAC units in the district. For more information and to submit bids contact Tim Baysinger at tbaysinger@scsd.info or 870-447-6661 ext 5201. Bids must be submitted by July 23, 2024.

The Searcy County School District will accept sealed bids for 40,000 gallons of propane for the 2024-2025 school year. The bid is for a fixed price per gallon including delivery. Please include in your bid, pressure tests, or any other related costs, and payment due date information. This bid is for propane that will benefit the Searcy County School District facilities only. Any other benefits offered for employees should be separate from this bid. All tanks are currently owned by the Searcy County School District.

Bids must be delivered to the Administration Building by noon on July 15, 2024. All propane purchased by the Searcy County School District must be delivered until all 40,000 gallons are used. The Searcy County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid request does not obligate the district to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of their bid.
